It takes a special type of person to live in Buffalo, New York. A type of person who can overcome tough economic conditions, brutal winters and depressing sports teams.
Buffalonians are blue collar, beer drinking, wing lovers who can take their hits and keep on moving. They define the city that unites them.
I was proud to call Buffalo home for almost 3 years after college and now when I go back I love exploring the hidden gems around the city.
A few weeks ago I kayaked down the “Buffalo River” on a very unique “scenic” cruise of downtown Buffalo and old factories that used to drive this city.
Here are a few shots from the outing…
P.S. I will be at next week’s Bills vs Patriots game so… Let’s Go Buffalo!
