Bonito has a lot of cheap hostels to fit the backpacker budget, but I wanted something more while staying in such a picturesque place.
Enter the Aguas de Bonito Hotel with all of its charm and beauty that fits within the Bonito landscape.
Complete with 30 rooms, meeting room, gym, hammock lounge area, fireplace lounge area, restaurant and indoor and outdoor pool, Aguas de Bonito is the perfect oasis to relax after a long day of all the things to in Bonito.
The rooms are spacious and mine even had a balcony and nice seating area to write this post.
What was the best thing about the hotel experience? The breakfast. I am a breakfast lover and Aguas de Bonito provided a spread that was second to none.
I had a chance to meet the chef of their onsite restaurant, Encontro das Aguas, who’s a young Argentine guy, passionate about developing the menu’s flavors and diversity.
He has only been at the hotel for four months, so as he perfects the courses, I think Encontro das Aguas will develop into a true local staple.
Aguas de Bonito is a bit of a walk from the main street in Bonito, but if you’re looking for an escape, to experience the natural beauty of the area, this is your place!
