Sunday Mariangela, her friend Camila and I joined tourists and townies alike at the San Telmo Market. Despite the tourist traps and crowd it was awesome. Good music, fun street performers and great food. They have everything from fresh squeezed orange juice to old school cameras and televisions. At about 5pm people start clearing out their stands and tango dancers fill the streets. The market reminds me of the Portebello Market in London but a bigger, with a lot more stuff to see and do! This definitely won’t be the last time I come down here. Maybe I can figure out something to sell (or perform) at the market to help me make money and get closer to porteno status.

Any ideas?
