If you ask a local in Park City when the best time to visit would be, a large majority would tell you without hesitation, “the summer for sure”!
Despite the incredible snow season and kick-ass ski resorts, locals love Park City in the summer time because there’s a ton of cool stuff going on. There’s free concerts almost every night, hiking and mountain biking trails up the wazzoo, the Silly Market on Sundays and restaurants offer their menus at a quarter of the seasonal price.
One of my favorite Park City activities has to be acting like a big kid at the Park City Mountain Resorts. They have zip-lining, alpine slides and alpine coasters that incorporate the beautiful views with theme-park style excitement. This photo was taken on my way up the Alpine Coaster.
