Stocking up the truck in Mendoza, Argentina as we look out to the foothills of the Andes Mountains in the distance. The drive up to our paragliding take-off spot was scary, but once we jumped off the side of the mountain, with our parachute above and Mendoza below, it was peaceful and beautiful.
