Stay on the Vegas Strip for $57 Per Night With Timeshares

Las vegas Strip

I love Vegas, but I can never stay too long because everything is so expensive. Hotels, gambling, entertainment, sightseeing, food – it all adds up. One expense I’ve learned to cut down is my accommodation. There’s simply no need to pay full price for accommodation in Vegas when so many timeshare resale rentals are available online.

What is a timeshare?

Timeshares have been around since the 1960s. In general, a timeshare is a week or two of vacation time each year or every other year at a resort or brand of resorts such as Marriot, Hilton, Bluegreen etc. Timeshares are great for families because they usually come equipped with a kitchen and one or two private bedrooms.

One downside to some timeshare products is the requirement to use the timeshare week each year. Some timeshare owners are unable to use their week and are forced to let it go to waste. This is where the resale timeshare marketplace comes in.

What is a resale timeshare rental marketplace?

When a timeshare owner is unable to use their week, he or she may try to rent the timeshare out online at a heavily discounted rate. Timeshare owners are required to pay yearly maintenance fees to their resort, so when an owner is unable to use their week they’re basically paying a yearly maintenance fee for nothing. Most timeshare owners aren’t looking to make a profit off their unused week, they’re just looking to get something back to help cover their maintenance fees for the year. Their loss is your gain.

Where do I find these timeshare rentals?

There are many sites online offering resale timeshares for sale and rent, but I’d recommend shopping at BuyaTimeshare.com. This company has been in business since 2000 and is accredited with all major timeshare organizations. They have thousands of timeshare rentals available, some for as low as $389 for a week. For example, the Jockey Club timeshare is located right on the Vegas strip next to the Cosmopolitan and it is advertised for rent on BuyaTimeshare.com for $389 for a week. This isn’t some stinky motel either. The Jockey Club is a 3- to 4-star hotel that holds Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence. Rooms typically rent out for $150+ per night, so $57 per night is an excellent deal!

And, just to be clear, you won’t have to sit through a boring timeshare presentation to take advantage of this deal. It is available to all who make an offer on the website.
